INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This giveaway is organised and promoted by Jo Paterson Travel. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

This giveaway is open for entry from 15:00 20 June 2025 to 18:00 30 June 2025 AEST. The winner will be drawn on 30 June 2025 and announced on Instagram - via comment on the Giveaway post and via Instagram story - on 1 July 2025. The winner will also be contacted via private message on Instagram. The winner will be drawn by electronic random draw.

THE PRIZE
The giveaway prize is a RedBalloon voucher valid for a Wineglass Bay Cruise in the Vista Lounge with Lunch for 2 x adults, valued at $400AUD total. Drinks are not included in the prize. The prize is not redeemable for cash. Wineglass Bay Cruises depart only from Coles Bay on Tasmania’s East Coast.

The voucher will be valid for 18 months from its issue date, and valid for use on any date of the winner’s choosing, subject to availability on the RedBalloon redemption portal. If the experience isn't taken within the first 18 months, RedBalloon will honour the value of the voucher for the remaining 42 months. This is done in the form of a credit to be used towards anything on the RedBalloon website. Please keep in mind if you would like to do the same experience and it has increased in price after the first 18 months, you will need to pay the difference.

ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
Instagram users may enter the draw by completing all 3 of the following steps:
- follow Instagram account @jopatersontravelagent
- share the Giveaway post to their Instagram story
- tag at least one friend in the comments section of the Giveaway post

Users will receive 1 (one) entry in the draw per comment. Users may comment as many times as they wish, with each additional comment providing an additional entry. Comments are only valid entries if a friend has been tagged.

The winner must be located in Australia and able to redeem the prize in Coles Bay, Tasmania, within 18 months of the prize draw.

If a winner is drawn and is found not to be following account @jopatersontravelagent or found not to have shared the Giveaway post to their Instagram story, they will be disqualified and a redraw will occur.

If a winner is drawn and they are found to be a fake/spam account, this account and any related accounts will be disqualified and a redraw will occur.
