As a travel agent it’s my job to make booking your trip - and the journey itself - as easy as possible for you. Whether you don't even know where to start, or you have already planned every day of your trip, I can work with you to make your next holiday absolutely amazing!

You can contact me however is easiest for you, whether that's by phone, email, or social media. We will set aside some time together to discuss your holiday, and we can have this meeting a few different ways; we can arrange a phone or video call, or we can meet in person. I can meet you at your local cafe, near your workplace during your lunch break, or in almost any other public place you prefer! If you would like me to travel to you, an additional fee may apply - let me know where you’re located to see if this is the case!

After our initial consultations, in which we plan and book your travel arrangements, we will stay in touch until your departure in case of any changes to your trip. You will receive a printed copy of your travel documentation from me (as well as a backup electronic copy), and right before you leave we’ll do one last check to make sure everything is good to go!

I will be contactable while you are away via social media (including WhatsApp) in case you need anything. If anything was to go wrong and you required urgent assistance, but couldn’t reach me, you will also have access to FCTG’s 24/7 Emergency Assistance team.
