I’m Jo, and I’m a travel agent based in Tasmania, Australia – currently living in Hobart’s eastern suburbs.  My travel career began with Flight Centre back in 2018, and once I became a travel agent I never looked back! I’ve always loved booking amazing holidays for people and helping to spread the joy of travelling and exploration.  

I met Luke – also a travel agent –  through work, and have been travelling alongside him since 2020. In February 2024 we had a wonderful travel-themed wedding, and six weeks later we set off on the craziest, most amazing honeymoon we could dream up: a five-and-a-half month, round-the-world trip spanning 28 countries! That’s a story for later on – I’ve only just gotten home, and my head is still spinning a bit – but stay tuned for some stories and pictures! Rest assured I have plenty of fresh knowledge, and I can’t wait to use it to help you plan your next holiday! 

If you haven’t worked with me – or another agent – before, you might be wondering what exactly I do. I assist with the planning and booking of leisure (fun!) holidays for everyone, from solo travellers to big family getaways. If you don’t even know where you want to go yet, I can help find the perfect destination for you. If you know exactly what you want to do every day of your trip, I can make it happen at the best possible price!  

I personally enjoy crafting customised airfares, and I can also book accommodation, activities, private tours, group tours, packages, transportation, cruises, treks, travel insurance, etcetera etcetera etcetera – almost anything you can think of! I’ll always endeavour to find the best product for you, for the best price.  

I have worked in a storefront up until now, so if we’ve worked together before you might be used to coming to see me. Good news – now I can come to see you! We can meet face-to-face near your workplace during your break, at your favourite café, or almost any other public place you can think of. I also have a phone number (and online channels) that you can use to reach me directly, and I can converse with you via messaging/texting, phone calls, video calls – whatever is best for you. I am remote, so I can work from anywhere and everywhere, and I am endorsed by Envoyage (part of Flight Centre Travel Group)! This means I still have all the same amazing resources and support that I have always used to make my clients’ holidays amazing. 

I’ve personally visited 40 countries – and no, airport transits don’t count! You’ll find a list of the countries that I’ve been to here, but just as important are the travel companies/operators I’ve had the pleasure of travelling with so far: 

I can book almost anything you can think of, and have booked clients with dozens and dozens of travel operators, but I have first-hand experience as a traveller with the ones listed above. I’m hoping that this list will one day be longer than my Countries Travelled To list!
